Materials

Every surface in the building can be produced in various materials in numerous finishes. Choosing the correct material for each surface is an art as it must be done in a manner that it will coexist & compliment the materials around it.

It is important to consider all building finishes including the "soft" or "loose" items such as wall color, furniture or fabrics in the final outcome.

When considering choice of building materials one must also include:

• Vertical finishes - cladding, plaster, paint, wallpaper, wood, etc . . .

• Floor finishes - marble, concrete, stone, tiles, wood, laminate, rugs, etc . . .

• Facade finishes - window frames, windows, shutters, curtains, railings, etc . . .

• Appliances - Fridge, washing machine, stove, fireplace, air conditioning, etc . . .

• Household items - kitchen, furniture, cupboards, shelving, pictures, books, etc . . .
