Supervise

In a building project the amount of different trades is immense, In order to achieve the best solution a high level of coordination is required.

To reach good coordination the most important person on the work-site is the Supervisor. Although he has no formal task in the building process he ensures that all trades are coordinated, work is done in the correct manner and that all problems on site are resolved.

The supervisor is in charge of:

• Scheduling.

• Coordination.

• Quality control.

• Obtaining sign=offs on all matters in the building.
